Lifetime Guarantee/Lifetime Mirror Shine Finish Guarantee
RealWheels Cover Company, Inc. warranties its stainless steel wheel simulators, covers and accessories against defects in material, finish and workmanship on a limited lifetime basis to the original owner. Should any of the above mentioned products lose its shine or be deemed defective, RealWheels Cover Company, Inc. will repair or replace the product, free of charge.

The warranty on defective merchandise is limited to repair or replacement only of the defective item. RealWheels Cover Company, Inc. at our own option will repair or replace defective merchandise. Repair or replacement will be by the sole discretion of the factory. Merchandise returns will not be accepted for any reason without prior authorization from RealWheels Cover Company, Inc. Return merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid to our factory.

Chrome Plated Products
RealWheels Cover Company, Inc. warranties its chrome plated products for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase against peeling or pitting under normal use.

Zinc Plated Products
Zinc coated mounting systems and parts are warranted against rust and/or corrosion under normal usage for a period of one year from date of purchase to original owner.

Non-Manufactured Wheel Simulators, Covers and Accessories
RealWheels Cover Company, Inc. offers some items and accessories that are not of our manufacture. Such items are, nevertheless warranted by our company to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase by original owner.

The above Warranties apply to the Original Purchaser Only, and Warranty is void if Simulators, Covers and/or Accessories are improperly installed, abused, modified, or subject to caustic solutions. In no event shall RealWheels Cover Company, Inc. or its Affiliates or Agents be liable to User for special, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use, operation or performance of these products.

Minimums:
All shipments are standard packs only. Split cases will have an additional $5.00 handling charge. A processing fee will be added to all orders less than $25.

Claims:
Errors in shipments and/or shortages must be addressed within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. Claims for damaged or lost in transit must be made directly to carrier.

Pricing:
Prices and terms herein stated supersede all previous prices and terms. Prices may be subject to change.

Continual Improvement:
Product design and specifications are subject to change in accordance with our policy of continual improvement.

Returns:
RealWheels has a 30-day return policy. RealWheels products may be returned to the factory within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Providing the products are undamaged, complete, and in original factory condition. No refunds for products that have been mounted. RealWheels is not responsible for improperly packaged returns. We recommend using the original box and adding additional packing material to insure the product is returned without shipping damage. Disassembled, damaged, and custom-made products cannot be returned. Returned products must have proof of original purchase receipt. All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization Number. (RGA). All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid by customer. Any merchandise shipped back to our factory C.O.D. will be returned to sender. After 30 days, if a product is deemed returnable it may be subject to a minimum of 25% restocking, and only if the above criteria are followed. Discontinued items (products no longer in our current catalog) may not be returned for credit. Deductions or credits may not be taken in advance of returned merchandise. Please allow time for processing your return. Our agent and or representative may not authorize the return of merchandise.
